ANHANGKBL Eyewear GmbH, 68789 St. Leon-Rot Allgemeine Erläuterungen und Angaben 1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundlagen Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31.12.2017 erfolgte nach den Grundsätzen des Handelsrechts, insbesondere der §§ 242 ff und §§ 264 ff HGB sowie die ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung zu Grunde. Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte unverändert zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Bemessung der Nutzungsdauer beruht auf betrieblichen Erfahrungen, die sich weitgehend mit den Angaben in den steuerlichen Abschreibungstabellen decken.
2. Rechtliche Verhältnisse Zum Geschäftsführer ist seit dem 10.09.2013 Herr Pietro Benzoni bestellt. Zum 17.07.2017 schied Herr Benzoni als Geschäftsführer aus. Vom 17.07. bis 13.12.2017 war Herr Daniel Schleifert, wohnhaft in Berlin, Geschäftsführer und ab dem 13.12.2017 war Herr Patrick Jacques Cherrier, wohnhaft in Singapur, Geschäftsführer. Zum 31.12.2017 bestanden daher folgende Beteiligungsverhältnisse: Springhall Limited 20,000,00 EUR Nennbetrag Ralph Albrecht 5.000,00 EUR Nennbetrag Das Wirtschaftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr. 3. Anzahl der Mitarbeiter Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 7 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. 4. Darlehen von Anteilseignern Im Jahr 2016 wurden von der Springhall Ltd. Rechnungen eines Lieferanten beglichen. Dieses gewährte Darlehen gegenüber der KBL GmbH beläuft sich zum 31.12.2017 auf einen Wert i.H.v. 250.410,00 EUR.
