AnhangA. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gemäß §§ 266 und 275 HGB vorgenommen. Posten, die weder am Bilanzstichtag noch am Bilanzstichtag des Vorjahres einen Betrag ausweisen, wurden nicht aufgeführt. B. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Anlagevermögen wurde grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten und soweit es sich um abnutzbare Vermögensgegenstände handelt, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer bewertet. Bei den Zugängen wurde die lineare Abschreibungsmethode angewendet. Forderungen und liquide Mittel wurden zum Zeitwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet, Verbindlichkeiten kamen mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag zum Ansatz. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Forderungen gegen den Gesellschafter betrugen € 27.522,21. Es handelt sich auch um Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen. Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB bestanden nicht. D. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Prof. Dr. Jürgen Thede, Unternehmensberater. Bochum, 09. Juli 2012 Neco GmbH gez.
