Allgemeine Angaben Die Kommanditgesellschaft hat nach §§ 284 bis 288 HGB in Verbindung mit § 326 HGB einen Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zu erstellen, wobei die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nicht im Anhang zu bewerten ist. Die im Folgenden einzeln dargestellten Angaben werden erläutert, soweit sie nicht unmittelbar bereits in der Bilanz ersichtlich sind. Das gilt insbesondere für einen eventuell vorhandenen Anlagenspiegel und die Restlaufzeiten bei den Verbindlichkeiten. II. Grundsätzliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsangaben Etwaige Wahlrechte im Bilanzansatz wurden durchgängig nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen entschieden. Die Bewertung erfolgt durchgängig nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen. III. Angaben zu den Bilanzpositionen
An dem Haftkapital ist ein Kommanditist beteiligt. Der Komplementär ist nicht am Kapital der Kommanditgesellschaft beteiligt.
IV. Sonstige Angaben Der Komplementär der Kommanditgesellschaft ist am 31.12.2011 die MONREAL Wohnungsstiftung gemeinnützige GmbH.
