1.	Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluss für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2013 wurde gemäß den geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches bzw. des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung aufgestellt.

1.	Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Der Wertansatz der Rückstellungen berücksichtigt alle erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.
