ANHANG zum 31. Dezember 2011Contour Wohnbau GmbH, München1. Gesetzliche Grundlagen Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Zudem wurden die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Umlaufvermögen wurde unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken. Die Höhe orientiert sich an der mutmaßlichen zukünftigen Inanspruchnahme. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Jahresabschlusserläuterungen Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren sind nicht vorhanden. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen die externen Kosten des Jahresabschlusses 2011 sowie Rückstellungen für ausstehende Handwerkerrechnungen und für Gewährleistungen. 4. Sonstige Angaben Organe der Gesellschaft a) die Gesellschafterversammlung b) die Geschäftsführung Alleiniger Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Florian Carl. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag des Wirtschaftsjahres in Höhe von EUR -31.078,79 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
