AnhangA. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden 1. Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und - soweit abnutzbar und fertiggestellt - planmäßig abgeschrieben. Bei der Bemessung der Abschreibungen wurden die steuerlichen Abschreibungstabellen zugrunde gelegt. Die Abschreibungsbeträge sind linear bemessen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG voll abgeschrieben. 2. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte zum Nennwert. 3. Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und sind notwendig wie ausreichend bemessen. C. Sonstige Angaben 1. Durchschnittlich waren im Geschäftsjahr 28 Mitarbeiter (einschl. Teilzeitbeschäftigte) angestellt. 2. Geschäftsführer ist: Björn Ristau, Düsseldorf 3. Die Gesellschaft unterläßt die verlangten Angaben hinsichtlich der Gesamtbezüge der Geschäftsführung gemäß § 285 Nr. 9 Buchst. a, b HGB i.V.m. § 286 Abs. 4 HGB. sonstige BerichtsbestandteileAngaben zur Feststellung: Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 29.12.2012 festgestellt. |
