ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2010I. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie MAXX ware computer concepts GmbH beachtet bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses hinsichtlich Bilanzierung, Bewertung und Gliederung die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung sowie die Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrags. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG in der Fassung des BilMoG aufgestellt. Gemäß Artikel 67 VIII Satz 2 EGHGB wurden die Vorjahreszahlen nicht angepasst. Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt und pro rata temporis vorgenommen. Die Vorräte werden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Der Kassenbestand, Bundesbankguthaben, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Schecks sind mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet. Das gezeichnete Kapital wird zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten zu erfüllen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. II. Erläuterungen zur BilanzForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände weisen - wie im Vorjahr - eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr auf. Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter betragen EUR 50.585,90 (Vorjahr EUR 40.013,05). Stammkapital Das Stammkapital beträgt - wie im Vorjahr - DM 50.000,00 (EUR 25.564,59). Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten weisen - wie im Vorjahr - eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr auf. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern i.H. von EUR 80.000,00 (Vorjahr EUR 80.000,00). III. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführung Die Geschäftsführung wurde von
