AnhangAngaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft laut Registergericht
Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Der Jahresabschluss der C.I.C. Software GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der deutschen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und unter Berücksichtigung entsprechender Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) gegliedert. Soweit es der Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit dient, wurde das Gliederungsschema angepasst (§ 265 Abs. 6 HGB). Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und planmäßig abgeschrieben. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Das bewegliche Anlagevermögen wurde nach Maßgabe der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzu0ngsdauer linear abgeschrieben. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden je nach Höhe der Anschaffungskosten im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf den dauerhaft niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert und das Gebot der Wertaufholung wurden grundsätzlich vorgenommen bzw. beachtet; im Berichtsjahr lagen derartige Fälle nicht vor. Die Vorräte beinhalten geleistete Anzahlungen. Die geleistete Anzahlungen wurden mit dem Nettobetrag bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wurde durch Bildung einer Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen Rechnung getragen. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Solche waren im Berichtsjahr nicht geboten. Unter den aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden im Wesentlichen Vorauszahlungen für das Folgejahr ausgewiesen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen gemäß §§ 249, 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB. R Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten wurden gemäß § 256a HGB zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. Gewinne wurden nur in soweit realisiert, als es sich hierbei um Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr oder weniger handelt. Sonstige Angaben zur Bilanz Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens wird im Anschluss an den Anhang im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt. Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben in Höhe von Euro 0,00 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Gemäß § 274a Nr. 5 in Verbindung mit § 274 HGB wurde auf den Ansatz der latenten Steuern in der Bilanz verzichtet. Die Rückstellungen setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:
