Anhang zum Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2011VorbemerkungDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss betrifft das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2011. Angaben zur BilanzDie Aufgliederung und Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens sowie die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres sind dem Anlagespiegel zu entnehmen. Das Sachanlagenvermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nominalbeträgen angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtliche eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern i.H.v. EUR 11.166,28 (Vorjahr: T€ 0) und gegenüber Gesellschaftern i.H.v. T€ 381 (Vorjahr: T€ 360). Zur Vermeidung der Überschuldung liegt eine Gesellschafter-Rangrücktritterklärung vor.
