ANHANGGrundsätzliches zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden nur bei der Erstellung des Anhangs in Anspruch genommen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Die Geschäftsleitung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern). Gründe, die gegen die Fortführung sprechen, sind nicht erkennbar. Angaben zu den Posten des Jahresabschlusses Die Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet worden. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen sind planmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen worden. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde anhand der von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten Abschreibungstabellen ermittelt. Soweit erforderlich sind die niedrigen beizulegenden Werte angesetzt worden. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis 410,00 EUR wurde auch in der Handelsbilanz vom Wahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht und im Jahr der Anschaffung zugleich ein Abgang unterstellt. Die Grundsätze der Poolbewertung nach § 6 Abs. 2a EStG bei Wirtschaftsgütern mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten von 150,00 EUR bis 1.000,00 EUR wurden auch für die Handelsbilanz angewandt. Geringstwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis 150,00 EUR wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben alle eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sicherheiten wurden nicht gestellt. Sonstige Angaben Als Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr bestellt: - Herr Sang Young Kim
