AnhangI. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM ABSCHLUSSGegenstand des Unternehmens war bis zur Auflösung der Gesellschaft der Vertrieb von Präsentationssystemen und alle hierzu im Zusammenhang stehenden Geschäfte. Mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 31. März 2010 wurde die Auflösung der Gesellschaft zum 31. März 2010 beschlossen. Die Eintragung im Handelsregister erfolgte am 26. Mai 2010. Der Abschluss für das Geschäftsjahr ist nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. und der §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Für den Abschluss der Gesellschaft finden die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Anwendung. II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZEForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen, das allgemeine Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung ausreichend berücksichtigt. Die Steuer- und sonstige Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen das aus der Außenprüfung für die Jahre 2001 bis 2004 resultierende Risiko und berücksichtigen die im Rahmen des Einspruchsverfahrens vorgetragenen Argumente. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Beim Abschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. III. SONSTIGE ANGABENLIQUIDATOREN Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch die Liquidatorin Lisa Kay Prentice, Portland, Oregon, USA, geführt, die mit Beschluss vom 06.08.2013 als alleinige Liquidatorin abberufen worden ist. Mit Beschluss vom 06.08.2013 wurde Herr Randy Arnold, Beaverton, Oregon, USA, als alleiniger Liquidator bestellt. MITARBEITER Im Durchschnitt waren im Geschäftsjahr folgende Mitarbeiter (einschließlich Geschäftsführer) beschäftigt:
ERGEBNISVERWENDUNG Der Bilanzverlust in Höhe von EUR 215.397,14 soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden.
