Anhang zum Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010I. Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und GliederungsgrundsätzeDie auf den vorangegangenen Jahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind vorbehaltlich von Änderungen durch das BilMoG beibehalten worden. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 267 HGB). Finanzanlagen Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Forderungen Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgt zum Nominalwert abzüglich Wertberichtigungen. Verbleibende Risiken, Zinsverluste sowie Mahn- und Einzugskosten werden durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Liquide Mittel Liquide Mittel sind zu Nennwerten bewertet. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Bewertung erfolgt jeweils in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um die zukünftigen Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten, wie im Vorjahr, hauptsächlich Rückstellungen für die Jahresabschlusskosten. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. II. Angaben zur BilanzFristigkeiten Forderungen Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen, wie im Vorjahr, nicht Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind in voller Höhe kurzfristig. Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind, wie im Vorjahr, durch branchenübliche Eigentumsvorbehalte besichert. III. HaftungsverhältnisseZum Bilanzstichtag bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse. IV. Organe der GesellschaftGeschäftsführungsorgane Einzelvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer sind:
