Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken zum Nennwert bewertet. Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzung Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Rückstellungen Für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten wurden Rückstellungen gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern sowie Steuern für Vorjahre. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Grundlagen für die Umrechnung von Fremdwährungsposten in Euro Auf fremde Währung lautende kurzfristige Vermögensgegenstände und kurzfristige Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Devisenkassemittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. Angaben zur Bilanz Forderungen Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen in Höhe von EUR 1.182.212,29 (Vorjahr: EUR 1.109.731,37). Die Forderungen haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr. Sie resultieren,wie im Vorjahr, aus Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und dem Cost plus agreement. In den Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen sind Forderungen gegenüber der Gesellschafterin in Höhe von EUR 1.154.323,71 enthalten. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind Kautionen in Höhe von EUR 12.306,14 (Vorjahr: EUR 13.655,13) enthalten. Davon haben EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 2.698,00) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen setzen sich im Wesentlichen zusammen aus den Personalrückstellungen in Höhe von EUR 391.803,04 (Vorjahr: EUR 212.376,93), den Rückstellungen für Beratungsleistungen in Höhe von EUR 42.036,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 26.400,00) sowie Rückstellungen für ausstehende Rechnungen in Höhe von EUR 170.700,62 (Vorjahr: EUR 156.130,00) zusammen. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 57.251,58) resultieren, wie im Vorjahr, aus Verbindlichkeiten aus sonstigen Intercompany-Verbindlichkeiten. Sonstige Angaben Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 16.
