Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31.Dezember2023 der A-SternInvestGmbH, Berlin wurde gemäß §§242ff. und264ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Gesellschaft ist beim Amtsgericht Charlottenburg unter der Nummer 160443 in das Handelsregister eingetragen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung 2023 ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Um die Klarheit der Darstellung zu verbessern, haben wir einzelne Posten der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung aufgegliedert. Aus dem gleichen Grunde wurden die davon-Vermerke ebenfalls im Anhang gemacht. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Bei den Finanzanlagen werden die Anteilsrechte und Wertpapiere zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten und die Ausleihungen grundsätzlich zum Nennwert angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Allen risikobehafteten Posten ist durch die Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen; das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist durch pauschale Abschläge berücksichtigt. Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags (d.h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 3.1. Anlagevermögen Die Ausleihungen enthalten solche an Gesellschafter in Höhe von TEUR 203. 3.2. Haftungsverhältnisse Am Abschlussstichtag bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse. 3.3. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Höhe von TEUR 2 p.a. (Vorjahr: TEUR 0). Diese betreffen Verpflichtungen aus Mietverträgen. Die Mietverträge enden zwischen einem und fünf Jahren. 4. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung 4.1. Abschreibung Im Geschäftsjahr wurde eine Teilwertabschreibung vorgenommen in Höhe von TEUR 2. Der niedrigere beizulegende Wert am Bilanzstichtag wurde auf Basis der Werthaltigkeit des Darlehens ermittelt. 5. Sonstige Angaben 5.1. Geschäftsführung und Aufsichtsrat Zum Geschäftsführer sind die folgenden Personen bestellt: Philipp Nowakowski, Geschäftsführer Den Mitgliedern der Geschäftsführung wurden Darlehen von TEUR 100 (Zinssatz 2% p.a.) und TEUR120 (Zinssatz 4% p.a.) gewährt. Davon wurden bisher TEUR 195 abgerufen (keine Tilgung, da endfällig). Zugunsten dieser Personengruppe ging die Gesellschaft keine Haftungsverhältnisse ein. 5.2. Mitarbeiter Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich keine Mitarbeiter.
