AnhangI. Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft gilt gemäß § 267 Absatz 1, 4 HGB zum 31. Dezember 2011 als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Sie hat von den Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Aufgrund der größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 326 HGB wurde von der Offenlegung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung des Geschäftsjahres 2010 sowie des Lageberichts abgesehen. Der Anhang enthält nicht die, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung betreffenden Angaben. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenImmaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Als Nutzungsdauer werden drei Jahre zu Grunde gelegt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Anschaffungswert (Nominalwert) angesetzt. Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Schecks sind mit dem Anschaffungswert (Nominalwert) angesetzt. Als gezeichnetes Kapital wird das satzungsmäßige Stammkapital der Gesellschaft gemäß § 42 Abs. 1 GmbH ausgewiesen, das voll einbezahlt ist. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. III. Erläuterungen zur BilanzDie Abschreibung des Geschäftsjahres auf immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände beträgt Euro 578,00. IV. Sonstige AngabenAlleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Berichtszeitraum:
