ANHANG zum Rumpfgeschäftsjahr 1.9.2009 - 31.12.2009

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Revotronic Contracting GmbH, Bietigheim-Bissingen zum 31. Dezember 2009 ist in Aufbau und Gliederung nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer liegt zwischen 3 und 10 Jahren.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen sowie außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt.

Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr ihrer Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben. Mit der Sofortabschreibung wurde im Anlagenspiegel ein Anlagenabgang unterstellt.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bei Anwendung zulässiger Bewertungsvereinfachungsverfahren oder zu niedrigeren Wiederbeschaffungskosten zum Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Von den ermittelten Bestandswerten wurden Wertabschläge für versteckte Mängel und mangelnde Gängigkeit in Abzug gebracht.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert, abzüglich angemessener Wertberichtigungen für das Ausfallrisiko.

Die "Sonstigen Rückstellungen" berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen; sie sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelt worden.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

In Höhe von € 23.575,50 bestehen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 1 Jahr.

An Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern entfällt ein Betrag in Höhe von € 12.500,00

Es bestanden keine Verbindlichkeiten

Zum Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine angabepflichtigen Haftungsverhältnisse
