ANHANGI. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM UNTERNEHMEN Die Mirablau GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Gräfelfing. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter HRB 139517 eingetragen. II. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZU INHALT UND GLIEDERUNG DES JAHRESABSCHLUSSES Der Jahresabschluss weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 Abs. 1 S. 2, 266 ff. HGB). Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Offenlegungserleichterungen des § 326 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen. III. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige, lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Der Ansatz der Flüssigen Mittel erfolgt zu Nominalwerten. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. IV. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ Verbindlichkeiten Darin enthalten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 559.455,45 (Vj. EUR 254.209,11). V. SONSTIGE PFLICHTANGABEN Geschäftsführer Herr Jürgen Rilling, Dipl.Ing. M.B.A. Sonstiges Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
