ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 2011für Zwecke der Offenlegung nach § 326 HGB der Competpro GmbH, StuttgartA. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss und zu den Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB und § 326 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Über die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wird wie folgt berichtet: B. Angaben zur BilanzDas Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgten linear entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauern der Anlagegüter. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis 410,00 EUR wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die unfertigen Leistungen werden zu Herstellungskosten gemäß § 255 Abs. 2 Satz 2 und 3 HGB bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhalten Zahlungen, die aufwandsmäßig dem folgenden Geschäftsjahr zuzuordnen sind. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. C. Sonstige AngabenDie Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag 2011 in Höhe von EUR 115.315,37 zusammen mit dem Verlustvortrag in Höhe von EUR 36.141,24 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Geschäftsführer im Berichtszeitraum war Herr Alexander Ehrath, Kaufmann.
