Anhang1. AllgemeinesDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den §§ 242 ff., 264 ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Wir haben gegenüber dem Vorjahr eine unveränderte Gliederung gewählt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das bisher angewandte Gesamtkostenverfahren beibehalten. Die Gesellschaft erfüllt die Kriterien für eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267a HGB. Sie nimmt im Anhang die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB in Anspruch. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenFür die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden, gegenüber dem Vorjahr im Wesentlichen unveränderten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrags angesetzt der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie decken in ausreichendem Maße alle derzeit erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. 3. Erläuterungen zur BilanzRückstellungen Die Rückstellungen der Gesellschaft betreffen Steuerberatungskosten für das Jahr 2017. 4. Sonstige PflichtangabenDie Gesellschaft wurde im Mai 2007 unter dem Firmennamen X-mas Holding GmbH gegründet, im November 2007 in die X-mas Holding AG umgewandelt und mit Beschluss der Gesellschafterversammlung vom 04. Dezember 2008 in die NewCo 2008 GmbH, München, umfirmiert.
