Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften gemäß §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 274a, 276, 288 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Das Finanzanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.
Die Liquiden Mittel werden zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die Steuerrückstellungen und Sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
