ANHANG ZUM 31. DEZEMBER 20101REOS Concept GmbH (vormals: Ownership Dritte Verwaltung GmbH), HAMBURGI. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSSDer Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften gemäß §§ 264a ff., §§ 284 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Personengesellschaften gemäß § 288, § 267 Abs. 1 i.V.m. § 264a HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Im Anhang wurden alle erforderlichen Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gemacht, soweit sie nicht bereits dort gemacht worden sind. II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN1. Bilanzierungsmethoden Die Bilanz wurde unter Beachtung des handelsrechtlichen Gliederungsschemas und der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften gem. §§ 266 ff. HGB erstellt. Die Ansatzvorschriften gemäß §§ 246 ff. HGB wurden beachtet. Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt. 2. Angewandte Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Annahme der Geschäftsfortführung (going concern) aufgestellt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. IV. SONSTIGE ANGABEN1. Gesellschaftsorgane Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war und ist:
Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 HGB befreit. 2. Konzernzugehörigkeit Die Reos Concept GmbH ist 100 %tiges Tochterunternehmen der Ownership Holding GmbH.
