Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2012Allgemeine AngabenDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den §§ 242 ff. und den §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB), des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) sowie den einschlägigen Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die ausstehende und noch nicht eingeforderte Einlage in Höhe von EUR 12.500,00 auf das gezeichnete Kapital ist im Geschäftsjahr gem. § 272 Abs. 1 HGB in der Passivseite ausgewiesen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Angabenerleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB teilweise in Anspruch. Die Gesellschaft hat von der Befreiungsvorschrift nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts verzichtet. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Wertansätze in der Bilanz der Pharus Software GmbH zum 31.12.2011 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge in neue Rechnung übernommen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet worden. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur BilanzVerbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen Jahresabschluss- und Steuererklärungskosten sowie Personalkosten. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben in Höhe von EUR 12.431,72 (VJ: EUR 11.244,76) eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern inHöhe von EUR 11.616,87 (VJ: EUR 13.162,93) enthalten. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte unverändert bei Rainer Appel, Kaufmann. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag Es wird vorgeschlagen, den Jahresfehlbetrag auf neue Rechnungen vorzutragen.
