Anhang zum Jahresabschlusses per 31. Dezember 2011 der Riusech GmbHI. AllgemeinesDer Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang dargestellt. Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte entsprechend den §§ 266 und 275 HGB. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Die Gesellschaft ist nach den in § 267 HGB bezeichneten Größenmerkmalen als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 264 HGB einzustufen und daher nicht prüfungspflichtig nach §§ 316 ff. HGB. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt den erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungSämtliche Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. IV. Sonstige finanzielle VerpflichtungenDie Gesellschaft hat keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen, die weder in der Bilanz noch im Anhang anzugeben sind, die für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage der Gesellschaft von Bedeutung sind. V. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Jordi Riusech, Mallorca, Spanien (ohne Bezüge). Der Jahresabschluss 2011 wurde auf der Gesellschafterversammlung am 16.10.2012 festgestellt. |
