Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften des §§ 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert worden. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Gesellschaften gemäß § 288 HGB i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 2 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Der Jahresabschluss weist einen nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag aus. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat die Geschäftsführung gemeinsam mit dem Hauptgläubiger eine Unternehmensplanung aufgestellt, nach welcher zukünftige Erträge und Liquidität erwirtschaftet werden, die ausreichend sind bzw. den nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag überkompensieren. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Finanzanlagen Bei den Finanzanlagen werden die Anteilsrechte zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten angesetzt, sofern es sich um eine dauerhafte Wertminderung handelt. Forderungen Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet. Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet und zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Angaben zur Bilanz
