ANHANGder Firma Emiray GmbH Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2018 Dieser Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB und der relevanten Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Maßgebend für die Erstellung dieses Jahresabschlusses waren die folgenden, im Vergleich zum Vorjahr im Prinzip gleichbleibenden, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden: Entgeltlich erworbene Immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter werden zu den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben, sofern diese der Abnutzung unterliegen. Sachanlagevermögen wird zu den Anschaffungskosten bzw. zu den Herstellungskosten aktiviert und planmäßig abgeschrieben, sofern es abnutzbar ist. Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen reduziert. Sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände werden linear abgeschrieben. Die Geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter (GWG) mit einem Anschaffungswert bis € 150,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs sofort voll abgeschrieben. Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens werden grundsätzlich zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Die Vereinfachungsregel gemäß Abschnitt 44 (2) EStR wird bei den beweglichen Vermögensgegenständen angewendet. Die bilanzierten Ausleihungen bei den Finanzanlagen wurden zum Nennwert bewertet. Vermögensgegenstände bei den Vorräten wurden zu den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten oder zu einem entsprechend niedrigeren Marktpreis bewertet. Die gesetzlich zulässigen Bewertungsvereinfachungsverfahren wurden unter Berücksichtigung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips ausgenutzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen und Pauschalwertberichtigungen vorgenommen. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den höheren Rückzahlungsbeträgen ausgewiesen. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Umsatzerlöse resultieren aus dem Geschäftsfeld der Gesellschaftssatzung. Geschäftsleitung Geschäftsführer ist Herr Oguzhan Ahmed.
