ANHANGDie Gliederung der Bilanz und der GuV ist gem. § 266 und 275 HGB erstellt worden. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden orientieren sich grundsätzlich an den steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen. Die Geschäftstätigkeit der GmbH ruht. Die Sachanlagen, das Umlaufvermögen, das Eigenkapital und die Schulden wurden in der Bilanz gesondert ausgewiesen und hinreichend gegliedert. Bei der Bewertung wurde von Einstellung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen. Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten wurden einzeln bewertet. Die Risiken im Forderungsbestand sind angemessen berücksichtigt worden. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Aufstellung der GuV ist hinreichend gegliedert. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist: Dr. Manfred Schlüter Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt
