Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt. Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die liquiden Mittel werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Unter den Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wird der für zukünftige Geschäftsjahre betreffende Aufwand aktiviert. Die Abgrenzung erfolgt zeitanteilig entsprechend der Fälligkeit und Laufzeit. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben zur Bilanz Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 19.899,18 EUR (Vorjahr: 19.899,18 EUR). Die Bilanz der Gesellschaft zum 31. Dezember 2023 weist einen nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag von 199.979,82 EUR aus. Der buchmäßige Fehlbetrag ist nicht Tatbestand einer Überschuldung der Gesellschaft i. S. der Insolvenzordnung, da nach Ansicht der Geschäftsführung eine positive Fortführungsprognose der Gesellschaft gegeben ist. Die Geschäftsführung geht von einer anhaltend positiven Geschäftsentwicklung aus. Bei Aufstellung der Bilanz unter Berücksichtigung der teilweisen Ergebnisverwendung wurde im Bilanzverlust ein Verlustvortrag von 120.653,74 EUR einbezogen. Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt 613.395,19 EUR (Vorjahr: 400.000,00 EUR).
