Anhang zum Jahresabschluss auf den 31.12.2010der Firma Wentzel Optik GmbHA. Allgemeine AngabenDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für die Aufstellung des Anhangs gemäß §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Ab dem 01.01.2010 wurde der Jahresabschluss auf Grund der Vorschriften des BilMoG erstellt. Die Werte laut Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2009 stimmen mit den Eröffnungsbilanzwerten zum 01.01.2010 überein. Es ergaben sich keine Umstellungseffekte auf Grund der Vorschriften des BilMoG. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibung ausgewiesen. Die Gegenstände des Umlaufvermögens und die Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft sind grundsätzlich mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten 26.529,00 EUR (18.968,20 EUR) Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschafter. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte gemäß Mitteilung der Gesellschaft zu Anschaffungskosten. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet. Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten 161.656,70 EUR (173.056,70 EUR) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter. C.
