Anhang zum 31.12.20101. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. HGB, insbesondere der §§ 264 ff. HGB (Jahresabschluss der Kapitalgesellschaft) - erstmals in der Fassung nach Inkrafttreten des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG), aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft gilt gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB als "kleine Kapitalgesellschaft". Mit der Firma Julius Beltz GmbH & Co. KG in Weinheim besteht ein Organschaftsverhältnis, das durch den Abschluss eines Beherrschungs- und Ergebnisabführungsvertrages vom 21. Dezember 1995 auch körperschaftsteuerlich vollzogen wird. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen und sind durchweg an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet worden. Sie wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich. Die Restlaufzeit aller Forderungen beträgt weniger als ein Jahr. Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt und alle innerhalb eines Jahres zur Zahlung fällig. 3. Sonstige Angaben Alleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführerin der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr 2010 Frau Marianne Rübelmann. Weinheim, den 12.
