Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2012Anwendung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der vorliegende Liquidations-Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2012 wurde unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß der §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft hat von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bewertung erfolgt nach Liquidationsgrundsätzen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihren Nennwerten angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Erläuterungen zur BilanzDas Stammkapital beträgt am Abschlussstichtag € 27.000,00 und ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt. Sonstige PflichtangabenDie Gesellschafter haben mit Beschluss vom 24. November 2011 die Liquidation der Gesellschaft zum 31. Dezember 2011 beschlossen. Die Eintragung der Auflösung erfolgte am 16. Januar 2012 ins Handelsregister.
