ANHANG- Fassung für Offenlegungszwecke - A. Allgemeine Angaben Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches. Ergänzend waren die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Aus der verpflichtenden Erstanwendung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) haben sich keine Änderungen der Bilanzierungsmethoden für die Gesellschaft ergeben. Posten der Bilanz, die weder im Geschäftsjahr noch im Vorjahr einen Betrag ausweisen, wurden gemäß § 265 Abs. 8 HGB nicht angegeben. In der Bilanz sind die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern nicht gesondert ausgewiesen. Im Einzelnen wird auf die Erläuterungen unter Punkt C verwiesen. B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Investitionen in geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Rahmen eines Sammelpostens erfasst und über 5 Jahre gleichmäßig abgeschrieben. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen werden vorgenommen, soweit der Ansatz mit einem niedrigeren Wert erforderlich ist. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten oder zu niedrigeren Tageswerten. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert oder niedrigeren Tageswerten unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. C. Angaben zur Bilanz Wie im Vorjahr haben sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Bei Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von € 35.307,85 (Vorjahr T€ 40) bestehen die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte aus der Lieferung von Waren. Unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten ist ein Gesellschafter-Verrechnungskonto in Höhe von € 50.506,03 (Vorjahr T€ 72) ausgewiesen. D. Sonstige Angaben Allein vertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer ist Herr Michel Rouster. Er ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Januar 2010 bis 31. Dezember 2010 handelt es sich um die in Einklang mit § 326 HGB für Offenlegungszwecke verkürzte Fassung des Jahresabschlusses. Ferner wurden für Zwecke der Offenlegung die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in Anspruch genommen, auf deren Inanspruchnahme bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses teilweise verzichtet wurde. Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am: 22.07.2011 |
