Angaben gem. § 284 HGB Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des HGB, drittes Buch, unter Berücksichtigung der steuerlichen Vorschriften. Die Bewertung der immateriellen Wirtschaftsgüter erfolgte mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen. Bei den beweglichen Vermögensgegenständen des Anlagevermögens wurde sowohl die lineare als auch die die degressive Abschreibungsmethode gewählt. Die Vereinfachungsregelung des Abschnittes 44 Abs. 2 EStR wurde in Anspruch genommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben (§ 6 Abs. 2 EStG). Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist in dem voranstehenden Anlagespiegel dargestellt. Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungswert passiviert. 2. Angaben gemäß g 285 HGB
