Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 31.12.2021
1. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der Jahresabschluss der c-claims GmbHwurde auf der
Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des
Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen
Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu
beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze
und Methoden:
Das
Sachanlagenvermögen wurde zu den Anschaffungs-
bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um
planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die
Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen
Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und
entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften überwiegend
linear vorgenommen.
Bewegliche und eigenständig nutzbare geringwertige
Wirtschaftsgüter (§6 Abs. 2 EStG/ §6 Abs.2a
EStG)des Anlagevermögens gab es 2021 nicht.
Die
Forderungen der Gesellschaft am Bilanzstichtag
wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren
Risiken bewertet.
Die
sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle
weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei
wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Die
Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft wurden zum
Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die Gesellschaft hatte zum 31.12.2021 5 Mitarbeiter.
2. Ergebnisverwendung
Die Ergebnisverwendung wurde aus dem Jahresabschluss wie
folgt berücksichtigt:
Vortrag zum 01.01.2021 EUR -1.131.200,29
Jahresergebnis 2021 EUR -9.699,52
Vortrag auf neue Rechnung EUR -1.140.899,81
3. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
