AnhangDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG beachtet. Die Gesellschaft macht von den Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 274a HGB sowie § 288 Abs. 1 HGB Gebrauch. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenFür die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Bei der Bilanzierung wurde die Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (Going Concern) unterstellt. Zum 31. Dezember 2008 besteht zwar ein "Nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckter Fehlbetrag" in Höhe von TEUR 38. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass die Gesellschafter der Fantastic Zero GmbH, München, mit Beschluss vom 4. März 2009 eine Einzahlung in die Kapitalrücklage in Höhe von TEUR 150 geleistet haben, wurde die bilanzielle Überschuldung beseitigt. Zur Sicherstellung der Zahlungsfähigkeit für einen Zeitraum von 18 Monaten nach dem Bilanzstichtag hat die Geschäftsführung einen Finanzplan erstellt, aus dem hervorgeht, dass die Gesellschaft ausreichend finanziert ist. Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten, die Sachanlagen zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Anlagegüter werden entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen werden entweder nach der linearen oder degressiven Methode ermittelt. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig. Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis zu einem Wert von EUR 150,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben; ihr sofortiger Abgang wird unterstellt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt und haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in der Höhe angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz:Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR 30.800,00 und ist vollständig einbezahlt. Die Gesellschafter haben im Geschäftsjahr 2008 insgesamt Zahlungen in Höhe von EUR 294.200,00 in die Kapitalrücklage geleistet. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen im Wesentlichen Beträge für ausstehende Rechnungen. Sonstige Angaben:Angaben zu den Organen der Gesellschaft Die Geschäftsführer sind Aric Austin, Verlagsangestellter, und ab dem 21. Juli 2008 Robert de Heer, Verlagsangestellter. Der Jahresabschluss der Fantastic Zero GmbH wird in den Konzernabschluss der Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck einbezogen. Dieser Konzernabschluss wird gemeinsam von der Georg von Holtzbrinck GmbH & Co. KG und deren Komplementärin der Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck GmbH, beide Stuttgart, aufgestellt und im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht.
