Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2021 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB aufgestellt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Finanzanlagen und Beteiligungen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt, es wurde keine außerplanmäßige Abschreibung vorgenommen. Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert und unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten für transitorische Ausgaben wurden nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften gebildet. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten wurden nach vernünftiger kauf-männischer Beurteilung gebildet und unter Beachtung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten für transitorische Einnahmen wurden nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften gebildet. Angaben zur Bilanz Beteiligungen an anderen Unternehmen: Vai Vai Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, Sitz in Frankfurt am Main, Anteil am Kapital EUR 12.500,00 von EUR 25.000,00 Stammkapital (50 %) ab 03.04.2014, ein weiterer Anteil von EUR 125,00 ab 25.03.2015 sowie weitere Anteile von EUR 11.125,00 ab 01.07.2015. Die Beteiligung wurde im Kalenderjahr 2021 zurückgezahlt. Der Bilanzgewinn beträgt Euro 6.459.718,67 (Vorjahr Euro 1.987.656,11). Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr Euro 9.300.000,00) und sind unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen. Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betragen Euro 2.251.323,85 (Vorjahr Euro 6.429.178,26). Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2021 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft durch Herrn Vjekoslav Vukovic, Bad Vilbel und Herrn Dr. Andreas Sascha Bormann, Frankfurt am Main Die Geschäftsführer sind zur alleinigen Vertretung berechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Bilanzgewinn auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
