Anhang für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 01. Oktober bis 31. Dezember 20071. AllgemeinesDie Gesellschaft ist eine "kleine" Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gesellschaft hat von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des §§ 274 a Nr. 1 und 288 Satz 1 HGB Gebrauch gemacht. Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches nach den Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 14. September 2007 wurde die Liquidation der Gesellschaft zum 01. Oktober 2007 beschlossen. 2. Bilanzierung und BewertungDie Bilanzierungsmethoden wurden unverändert zum Vorjahr übernommen. Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Forderungen und liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nennwert bewertet. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe ihrer voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme ausgewiesen. Gegenüber der Tochtergesellschaft besteht zum 31. Dezember 2007 eine Verbindlichkeit in Höhe von € 53.127,92. 3. Erläuterung zur BilanzDas gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 750 TDM (umgerechnet 383 T€). Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von € 53.127,92 bestehen gegenüber der Mobilbox GmbH und resultieren aus der laufenden Verrechnung. 4. Sonstige AngabenOrgane der Gesellschaft Liquidatoren:
Beteiligungsgesellschaften Die Gesellschaft ist mit 100 % an der Mobilbox GmbH mit einem Eigenkapital von € 51.129,19 beteiligt. Mit dieser Gesellschaft besteht ein Ergebnisabführungsvertrag. Mutterunternehmen Die Sea Containers Ltd., Hamilton/Bermuda, hält 100 % der Anteile an der Sea Containers GmbH i.L. Der Konzernabschluss für den größten Kreis von Unternehmen wird von der Sea Containers Ltd. aufgestellt und in New York veröffentlicht.
