ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 2010Die Firma INTERHANSA Shop GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.des § 267 HGB. Der Jahresabschluß 2010 wurde nach den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungs- vorschriften des HGB sowie unter Beachtung der Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden nach den §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB - Gesamtkostenverfahren - gegliedert. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen, Rückstellungen nach der in vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Höhe angesetzt. Es werden keine Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen, die eine Laufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren haben. Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 war Herr Dipl.Betriebswirt Dirk Oelschlägel, Hamburg, Geschäftsführer.
