ANHANG des Jahresabschlusses zum 31.12.2010I. Allgemeine AngabenDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB gegliedert. Der Anhang wurde gem. § 285 i.V.m. § 288 HGB erstellt. Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, die im Geschäftsjahr sowie im Vorjahr keinen Betrag ausweisen, werden gemäß § 265 Abs. 8 HGB nicht angegeben. Es wird von dem Wahlrecht Gebrauch gemacht, die neuen Vorschriften zur Rechnungslegung durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) in vollem Umfang erstmals für das Geschäftsjahr beginnend zum 1. Januar 2010 anzuwenden. Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenBei den Finanzanlagen handelt es sich um die Beteiligung als Kommanditistin an der lschwang Optik GmbH & Co. KG. Die Bewertung erfolgte mit den Anschaffungskosten lt. Ausgliederungsbilanz per 01.01.2008, ergänzt um die Ergebnisanteile für die Geschäftsjahre 2008 bis 2010. Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und flüssigen Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Beim Ausweis und Ansatz des Eigenkapitals wurde den gesetzlichen und satzungsmäßigen Vorschriften Rechnung getragen. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig war. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Weitere Erläuterungen sind aus den dem Bericht beigefügten Kontennachweisen ersichtlich. III. Sonstige Angaben1. Geschäftsführung und Vertretung Geschäftsführer im Berichtszeitraum war Herr Günter Ischwang. Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. 2. Laufzeit und Sicherung von Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten besitzen zum Bilanzstichtag eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Sie sind weder durch Pfandrechte noch durch ähnliche Rechte besichert. IV. Vorschlag zur ErgebnisverwendungDie Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR 120.794,08 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
