Dear Shareholders, Sehr geehrte Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre,
During the fiscal year 2017 the Supervisory Board monitored the conduct of the company's business and acted in an advisory capacity. The Supervisory Board performed this function an the basis of detailed written and oral reports received from the executive board of the company. In addition, the Supervisory Board and the executive board maintained a constant exchange of information and ideas. Thereby the Supervisory Board was kept continuously informed about the company's intended business strategy, corporate planning, earnings performance, of the business and the situation of the company. Der Aufsichtsrat hat im Geschäftsjahr 2017 die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft überwacht und beratend begleitet. Der Aufsichtsrat hat diese Aufgabe auf der Grundlage ausführlicher schriftlicher und mündlicher Berichte des Vorstands der Gesellschaft wahrgenommen. Darüber hinaus standen Aufsichtsrat und Vorstand in einem ständigen Informations- und Gedankenaustausch. Dadurch wurde der Aufsichtsrat kontinuierlich über die beabsichtigte Geschäftsstrategie, die Unternehmensplanung, die Ertragslage, den Geschäftsverlauf und die Lage des Unternehmens informiert.

The Supervisory Board examined the financial statements and the management report as well as the auditor's report. The Supervisory Board found no objections; thus, the Supervisory Board concurs with the result of the audit. The Supervisory Board agreed to the management report and the assessment of the future development of the enterprise. The Supervisory Board would like to thank the executive board and all employees for their dedication and work in 2017. Der Aufsichtsrat hat den Jahresabschluss und den Lagebericht sowie den Abschlussbericht geprüft. Der Aufsichtsrat hat keine Einwände festgestellt, so dass der Aufsichtsrat dem Ergebnis der Prüfung zustimmt. Der Aufsichtsrat hat dem Lagebericht und der Beurteilung der zukünftigen Entwicklung des Unternehmens zugestimmt. Der Aufsichtsrat dankt dem Vorstand und allen Mitarbeitern für ihren Einsatz und ihre Arbeit im Jahr 2017.
