Anhang 2010Allgemeine AngabenDie Gesellschaft wurde mit Eintragung vom 22. Februar 2010 gegründet. Für 2010 wurde ein Rumpfgeschäftsjahr eingelegt. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenVermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens sind mit den Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung von Abschreibungen, um diese mit einem niedrigeren Wert anzusetzen, der sich aus einem Börsen- oder Marktpreis ergibt, angesetzt. Durch die Bildung von Rückstellungen wird allen erkennbaren Risiken ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgt in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und haben Restlaufzeiten von unter einem Jahr.
