1. Allgemeines

Bei der Firma Fusion Engineering Unternehmergesellschaft (haftungsbeschränkt), Oberursel, handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 Handelsgesetzbuch, da nicht mindestens zwei der in dieser Vorschrift genannten Merkmale überschritten werden.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Der verbleibende Bilanzgewinn nach Einstellung in die gesetzliche Rücklage in Höhe von C 36.606,81 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

4. Sonstige Angaben

In 2015 waren Herr Thorsten Weber und Herr Frank Klages als Geschäftsführer bestellt.

Vorschüsse oder Kredite wurden den Geschäftsführern nicht gewährt. Ebenso wurden keine Haftungsverhältnisse zu Gunsten der Geschäftsführer eingegangen.
