ANHANGzum 31. Dezember 2011 Virtual Chip Exchange Europe GmbH zum 31.12.2011 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Virtual Chip Exchange Europe GmbH zum 31.12.2011 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Vermögens und Schuldposten sind ordnungsgemäß nachgewiesen. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend der branchenüblichen Nutzungsdauer vermindert. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410,00 Euro (geringfügige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und übrige Forderungen wurden zum Nennbetrag abzüglich Wertberichtigungen wegen allgemeiner und besonderer Kreditrisiken angesetzt. Rückstellungen wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen zu berücksichtigen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden nur gebildet, soweit der abzugrenzende Einzelposten von 100,00 Euro übersteigt. Die Gesellschaft ist als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.v. § 267 HGB einzustufen. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1.) Sachanlagen Zur Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2011 wird auf die separate Einzelaufstellung verwiesen. 2.) Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen / Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen wurden per Einzelaufstellung nachgewiesen und mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet. 3.) Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. 4.) Verbindlichkeiten / Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden per Einzelaufstellung nachgewiesen. Ergebnisverwendung Der Gewinn des laufenden Geschäftsjahres wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Organe der Gesellschaft Als einzelvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer der Virtual Chip Exchange Europe GmbH ist Herr Michael Mallory Wood, Kaufmann, München bestellt. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2011 wurde aufgestellt am 14. Mai 2012.
