ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 20101. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 der HS Immobilien Verwaltungs-GmbH, Bremen, wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die HS Immobilien Verwaltungs-GmbH ist eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 HGB. Der Abschluss vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie entsprechen den zu erwartenden Aufwendungen. 3. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist alleinige persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der HS Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, Bremen. Geschäftsführer sind Herr Dr. Konrad Hösel und Herr Martin Siemer. Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Bremen, 11. November 2011
