Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011Allgemeine HinweiseDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Das Geschäftsjahr umfasst den Zeitraum vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2011. Erleichterungsregeln für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden zum Teil in Anspruch genommen. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenFür die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten oder zum beizulegenden Wert bilanziert. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und liquide Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur BilanzAnwendung der Ausnahmeregelung nach § 286 Abs. 3 HGB Auf die Aufstellung des Anteilsbesitzes wurde gemäß § 286 Abs. 3 HGB verzichtet. Sonstige PflichtangabenHaftungsverhältnisse Es besteht eine Verpfändungsvereinbarung über die Geschäftsanteile an der IndustrieHansa Holding GmbH. Das Pfandrecht besichert Ansprüche aus einem Konsortialkreditvertrag gegen Unternehmen der IndustrieHansa-Gruppe. Zum Bilanzstichtag sichern die Pfandrechte Ansprüche in Höhe von TEUR 29.700 und wurden in voller Höhe für Verbindlichkeiten eines verbundenen Unternehmens bestellt. Das Risiko einer Inanspruchnahme wird aufgrund der guten Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der betreffenden Tochterunternehmen als gering eingeschätzt. Geschäftsführung Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens von Stefan Happak, Geschäftsführer, München, geführt.
