Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der § 264, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen auf Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen waren nicht erforderlich.

Posten der aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzung wurden in der Höhe angesetzt, wie sie vor dem Abschlussstichtag geleistet wurden und Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um die Verpflichtungen zu erfüllen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Die Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag belasten das Jahresergebnis mit Euro 0,00.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Die Geschäftsführung wurde in 2015 von David Ebers und Torsten Timm wahrgenommen.
