2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungsmethoden Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet worden. Das Anlage- und Umlaufvermögen, das Eigenkapital und die Schulden sind in der Bilanz gesondert ausgewiesen und hinreichend gegliedert. Das Anlagevermögen weist nur Gegenstände aus, die bestimmt sind, dem Geschäftsbetrieb dauernd zu dienen. Rückstellungen sind nur im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen gebildet worden. Bewertungsmethoden Bei der Bewertung wird von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden sind zum Abschlussstichtag einzeln bewertet worden. Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen dem Abschlussstichtag und dem Tag der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind. Gewinne sind nur berücksichtigt worden, wenn sie am Abschlussstichtag realisiert waren. Einzelne Positionen sind wie folgt bewertet worden: Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände entsprechend der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen vorgenommen. Die Forderungen wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet worden. 3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Der Personalaufwand im Geschäftsjahr stellt sich wie folgt dar:
Arbeitnehmer Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 15. (ausgenommen Vorstandsmitglieder) Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern und Geschäftsführern bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag keine Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten, soweit sie nicht in den Bilanzerläuterungen offen ausgewiesen sind. Der Jahresüberschuss entspricht dem Bilanzgewinn, da keine Positionen gemäß 158 AktG auszuweisen sind. sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
