Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Bewertung gebildet. Geschäftsführer waren im Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 Herr Markus Schewe und Herr Christoph Hinseln. Beide Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt. Der Geschäftsführer ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Gesellschafterliste zum 31.12.2023:
