Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 1
HGB
Die dem Vorjahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 zugrunde liegenden Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden werden unverändert fortgeführt. Die Geschäftsleitung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern). Gründe, die gegen die Fortführung sprechen, sind nicht erkennbar. Informationen zur BilanzBeim Sachanlagevermögen wurden die ermittelten Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten um planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen gemindert.
Die Wertansätze der Vorräte entsprechen den
Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, wobei
Anschaffungsnebenkosten werterhöhend und Rabatte und
regelmäßige Preisnachlässe wertmindernd
berücksichtigt wurden. Das strenge Niederstwertprinzip
ist beachtet worden.
Bei den Forderungen wurde jeweils der Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Einzelrisiken wurden berücksichtigt. Die Bestände an flüssigen Mitteln sind mit
ihrem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.
Rückstellungen wurden nur im Rahmen des § 249 HGB gebildet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden mit ihrem wahrscheinlichen Wert, der sich nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ergab, passiviert. Die bis zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzerstellung gewonnenen Erkenntnisse sind dabei berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von insgesamt EUR 46.243,63 sind grundsätzlich mit ihrem Rückzahlungs- betrag angesetzt und haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
