Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss1. Der Jahresabschluss auf den 31. Dezember 2010 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in den §§ 238 ff. HGB sowie unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung erstellt worden. 2. Die Bilanz- und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach Maßgabe der handelsrechtlichen Gliederungsvorschriften des § 266 Abs. 2 HGB für die Bilanz und des § 275 HGB für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung (Gesamtkostenverfahren) aufgestellt worden. 3. Der Anhang wurde nach den Grundsätzen der §§ 284 ff. HGB erstellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze1. Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Bewertungsrisiken sind durch angemessene Einzelwertberichtigungen auf Forderungen berücksichtigt worden. 2. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt worden. Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. III. Erläuterungen zur BilanzDie am Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben insgesamt eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. IV. sonstige Angaben1. Haftungsverhältnisse bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht. 2. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren im Geschäftsjahr 2010
3. Die Gesellschaft ist unter HRB 202 979 beim Amtsgericht Osnabrück eingetragen.
