Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. II. Angewandte Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres unverändert fortgeführt. AKTIVA Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer: 2 bis 10 Jahre), angesetzt. Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten ausgewiesen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert oder dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Forderungen werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Einzelrisiken und des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos bewertet. In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr in Höhe von € 885,00 enthalten. Kassenbestand, Bundesbankguthaben, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Schecks sowie Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind zu Nominalwerten bilanziert. PASSIVA Das Gezeichnete Kapital wird mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. III. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Der Jahresüberschuss 2023 in Höhe von € 346.407,82 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Zuzüglich des verbleibenden Gewinnvortrages aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von € 200.000,00 ergibt sich zum 31. Dezember 2023 ein Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von € 546.407,82. IV. Sonstige Angaben Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung Der Geschäftsführung gehörten im Geschäftsjahr an: Herr Kai Alsen, Geschäftsführer, Hamburg Herr Tobias Ancker, Geschäftsführer, Hamburg. Anzahl der Mitarbeiter Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Jahresdurchschnitt 14 Mitarbeiter und 2 Geschäftsführer.
